Nursery Nurse Level 3

*About the Role*
We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at KKDC Aylesbury. If you’re passionate about early years education and love helping children learn, play, and grow, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference every day.

*What You’ll Do*

* Provide high-quality care and support for children
* Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
* Observe and record children’s development, sharing feedback with parents
* Support daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and rest
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized nursery setting
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations

*What We’re Looking For*

* Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (required)
* Previous nursery or childcare experience (preferred)
* Strong understanding of child development and EYFS standards
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Warm, patient, and caring approach
* Awareness of health and safety in childcare settings

*Requirements*

* *Education:* Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent
* *Experience:* 1 year in childcare (preferred)
