Your Role and Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education by creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive
Plan and document learning through observations planning and tracking progress in line with EYFS requirements
Build strong relationships and maintain positive communication with parents colleagues and external agencies
Safeguard children by following all safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns promptly
Maintain high standards by keeping the nursery environment clean organised and inviting
Continue your growth by participating in training staff meetings and nursery events

What we are looking for:

Level 2 childcare qualification or equivalent
A genuine passion for early years education
A warm friendly and professional approach
Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
