Are you an experienced early years leader with a passion for nurturing young minds and empowering teams? At *The Nursery in Aston, Sheffield*, we’re seeking to recruit a *Nursery Manager* *& Deputy Operations Manager, * a combined, dual role where as Nursery Manager you will guide our dedicated staff and shape a thriving, child-centred environment, and as Deputy Operations Manager you will support our Operations Manager in overseeing and supporting other Nursery Managers across our Yorkshire based family of nurseries.

*What You’ll Bring:*

* A *QTS or Level 6 childcare qualification* - Certificate to be provided prior to interview.
* Deep knowledge of *EYFS* and *safeguarding*.
* Proven *leadership experience* in a nursery setting.
* Strong communication, organisation, and team-building skills.
* Paediatric First Aid trained (or willing to train with us).

*What You’ll Be Doing:*

* Providing confident, compassionate leadership to ensure smooth nursery operations.
* Supporting and developing your team to deliver outstanding care and education.
* Ensuring compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
* Overseeing a rich, inclusive curriculum that meets every child’s needs.
* Building strong relationships with families and the local community.
* Managing budgets and resources with care and efficiency.

Role Details:

* *Full-time* – 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, all year round.
* *Salary* – £31,500 - £33,500 per year subject to performance related criteria
* *Location* – Primarily at Aston, Sheffield S26 and as required across our small group of Yorkshire based nurseries
