Nursery Practitioner Level 3

*Role and Responsibilities:*

* You will be responsible for a small group of Key children ensuring they feel safe and secure at nursery.
* As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met working together with the children's family.
* Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
* Enjoy working in an environment where no 2 days are the same, have fun, sing, get messy and not be afraid to be silly.

*Essential Criteria*:

* A full and relevant level 3 qualification in childcare in line with the DfE guidelines.
* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
* Excellent communication skills and able to work well as part of a team in a fast pace environment
* Enhanced DBS check and 2 suitable references is required to seek employment in line with safer recruitment.

*Desirable Criteria*

* First aid
* Safeguarding
* Good ICT skill
