*Senior Nursery Practitioner – Andover*

*Salary:* £13.50 - £14.10 per hour
*Hours: *40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, shift patterns between: 7:45 AM - 5:45 PM

Are you passionate about early years education? We are looking for a *Senior Nursery Practitioner* to join our team in Andover. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the welfare, learning, and development of children in a supportive and nurturing environment.

*Responsibilities:*

* Work closely with the Nursery Manager and Room Manager to ensure a high standard of care and education.
* Lead and mentor nursery staff while fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
* Plan and deliver activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Act as a key person for a designated group of children, ensuring their individual needs are met.
* Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and other professionals.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.

*Requirements:*

* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
* Previous experience working with children in an early years setting.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* A passion for childcare and early years development.
