A wonderful opportunity has arisen at a vibrant and welcoming nursery in Shrewsbury and we're looking for a Nursery Manager to take the lead!

This charming setting is more than just a nursery it's a place where children explore, thrive, and grow in a nurturing, playful environment. As our Nursery Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all, guiding an experienced team and creating a space where every child can flourish.

*Your Role:*

* Inspire and lead a dedicated team of early years educators to deliver high-quality care and learning.
* Oversee daily nursery operations with a focus on excellence, safety, and fun.
* Forge strong relationships with parents, sharing in their child’s learning journey.
* Manage staffing, budgets, and resources efficiently to support smooth operations.
* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory standards.
* Promote continuous improvement and professional growth across your team.

*What We’re Looking For:*

* Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy ready to take the next step.
* Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education with solid EYFS knowledge.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* A child-centred approach and a genuine passion for early years education.
* A proactive and professional attitude towards safeguarding and health & safety.
