Position Highlights

Located at: Quincy Ave and Lowell Blvd
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m and Friday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 31 hours per week.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.
Start Date: Ideally ASAP, but before March 14th

Key Responsibilities

Standard Duties:
  • All standard nanny duties including child laundry, light tidying, organizing and sanitizing toys, and any child-related tasks.

 

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

 

  • 2+ years of nanny experience with toddlers
  • The ideal candidate can stay calm, provide structure, and be a dependable source while Mom focuses on her health and work/life balance.

 

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):
  • The family is offering $30-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $46,800 - $54,600 per year (gross).

 

 

Benefits and Perks Offered:
  • This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

 

 

Any Additional Perks:
  • This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement based on the candidate’s needs/total compensation package.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
  • Have strong professional and personal references
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
