Part Time Nanny required for 4 days per week in Purton, Swindon. Start January 5th (can be flexible). Driver essential.

Start Date: Ideally 5th January 2026

Days: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
Hours: 8.30am 5.30/6pm with occasional flexibility for an 8am start or 7pm finish
Salary: £18 gross per hour
Driver: Essential, with own car

About the Family: A warm and welcoming family looking for a long-term nanny to care for their daughter, who will be 14 months old in January. The home is semi-rural with land and local walks, so a nanny who enjoys the outdoors and countryside settings is very welcome.The little girl is currently attending nursery but not adjusting well, so the family would like a nanny who can help her gain confidence, feel secure, and develop happily at home and in the surrounding environment.Mum has been very involved in care to date, so a gentle, patient, and confident nanny would be ideal as the child transitions to a new routine.
The Role Sole charge care for a 14-month-old girl (parents working from home and office based )
Create a calm, nurturing, and confidence-building routine
Provide age-appropriate play, early development support, and outdoor time
Developmentally focussed and creative. Ideally with a Nanny network for play dates and socialising. Transporting to any activities as needed (drive essential)
Light household duties related to the child, plus keeping the kitchen and sitting room tidy
Occasional flexibility for earlier starts or later finishes
