Full time Daily Nanny required in Fulham to start January 2026.

Location: Fulham SW6

Salary: £20 Gross per hour

Chid/Children: One Boy aged 16 months

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 8am – 6:30pm Monday to Thursday and  8:45am – 5:30pm Fridays

Driver: Not required

Pets: One small dog (Family have a dog walker)

My client are a loving family seeking a warm, experienced, and highly reliable Nanny to care for their 16-month-old son. This is a full-time position for someone who is passionate about early childhood development, is active, can prepare fresh and healthy meals and enjoys the outdoors. Both  parents work full time in demanding careers, which can occasionally include travel and evening commitments. Due to the nature of the parents work they would love a Nanny that would be happy to do additional evening or proxy parenting with advanced notice.
Their son is a happy and energetic little boy who loves exploring the world. His favourite activities include playing with pots and pans, visiting the local park and soft play areas. He also attends a music class every Tuesday and has swim lessons every Friday.

Key Responsibilities
The primary focus is the safety, happiness, and holistic development of the little Boy.
Childcare & Development:
• Creating a stimulating and nurturing environment through play, reading, and age-appropriate activities.
• Accompanying him to his weekly music class (Tuesday) and swim lessons (Friday).
• Planning and executing plenty of outdoor play time and trips to the park, as well as arranging playdates and time with other children as appropriate.
• Actively supporting the development of healthy sleep habits and assisting with potty training when the time comes.
• Ensuring the child is always safe, happy, and well-cared for. This includes age appropriate behaviour correction and teaching manners.

Household & Domestic:
• Preparing fresh, highly nutritious meals and snacks for the child.
• Managing the child’s laundry (washing, drying, and folding).
• Managing clothing and shoes, including cleaning out child’s wardrobe when outgrowing and suggestions of items needed.
• Keeping the child’s belongings and areas tidy and organized (e.g., pram, bedrooms, play areas, kitchen after meals).
• Assisting with pre-trip packing for family holidays.

Essential Qualities & Requirements

• Experienced: Possesses significant, verifiable nannying experience, ideally with toddlers.
• Warm & Maternal: Someone with a genuinely nurturing, kind, and maternal approach to care.
• Punctual & Reliable: Absolute punctuality and dependability are non-negotiable for our family.
• Flexible: Willingness to occasionally adjust hours or duties as needed (with advance notice).
• Safety Conscious: Prioritizes the child’s safety in all environments.
• Enhanced DBS check, Paediatric First Aid Certification, Excellent References.
