Position Overview
A VVIP Private Family is seeking an experienced, highly professional Housekeeper to support the smooth running of their beautifully renovated home in central Paris. The household is long-standing, with many staff members having worked with the family for over a decade. The property is not the family’s primary residence, so the schedule is more structured when they are away; however, full flexibility is required when they are in Paris.
This role requires someone mature, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Property Care
Full housekeeping duties to the highest standards
Daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and organisation of all interior areas
Laundry and wardrobe care as required
Occasional support to the butler team during service

Property Oversight & Systems
Assist the Property Manager in establishing household SOPs, cleaning systems, and organisational structures for the newly renovated residence
Oversee the property when the family and Property Manager are travelling
Manage inventories, household supplies, and stock levels
Report maintenance issues and liaise with contractors when needed

Candidate Profile
Fluent French speaker
Experience working in high-end, luxury private households
Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive
Able to manage tasks independently and take initiative
Strong common sense, responsibility and discretion
Confident assisting with service when required
Fully flexible schedule when the family is in residence (approximately 3 months per year)
Able to follow structured hours when the family is abroad
