Salary: £17,000 gross per annum (pro-rata)
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm–7:30pm (Term time only)
Children: Two boys
Driver Required: Yes – own car is essential

​Role Summary

Little Steps are seeking a committed and engaging After-School Nanny for a welcoming family based in Basingstoke. This role is perfect for a nanny who enjoys supporting children’s routines and creating a calm, fun environment after school.

​Main Duties

• School collection each afternoon (5 minute drive from the family home)
• Transporting children to after-school clubs and activities
• Meal preparation for the boys
• Nursery duties (tidying play spaces, children’s laundry, organising school bags)
• Ensuring the children have a positive, enjoyable after-school experience

Ideal Candidate

• Confident, safe driver with own vehicle
• Professional, reliable and proactive
• Experience with school-aged children
• Able to commit to term-time hours consistently
• Warm, friendly and organised

​Essential Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the government update service

• A valid 12hr First Aid certificate, or willing to obtain.
