On behalf of our private HNW client, we are seeking a dependable, discreet, and well-presented Household Assistant to support the smooth running of a private residence in Geneva. 
This is a full-time, live-out position requiring flexibility, reliability, and a professional attitude.  You should be based in/near Geneva already.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced all-rounder who can confidently assist with driving duties, household coordination, and service-related responsibilities.
You should have a service-minded approach and be committed to providing a confidential, collaborative service (strong team player required).
This role is ideal for someone not yet in a senior position but eager to step up, learn, and progress within a supportive private household environment.
 
Working hours/schedule: Around 45 hours per week, with two days off per week
Flexibility required, including occasional weekend work - when weekend work is required, time off will be given during the week.
 
Duties include:
Provide safe and timely driving for principals, guests, and household errands.
Maintain and ensure the cleanliness, servicing, and readiness of all household vehicles.
Assist with day-to-day household operations and coordination of maintenance or service providers.
Oversee deliveries, household inventories, and supplies.
Offer butler-style service when required, including table setting, serving meals and beverages, and assisting during events or visits.
Support in the management of household schedules, travel logistics, and occasional administrative tasks.
Maintain a high standard of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
Flexibility to assist with other household duties as needed. 
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role (Driver/Butler/House Manager or similar private household position).
Clean driving license and excellent driving record.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, professional appearance.
Trustworthy, discreet, and service-oriented attitude.
Flexibility with hours and occasional weekend availability.
Salary: CHF 85 – 100k gross per year (depending on experience)
Start date: ASAP
