What You'll Do:
- Respond to incoming leads and phone calls.
- Book appointments for our sales team.
- Support our existing office crew with various administrative tasks.
- Address arising issues throughout the day, ensuring smooth operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for efficient document management and other programs.
What You'll Need:
- Ability to handle and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly motivated with great work ethics, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Coachable and cooperative, ready to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Fast learner, able to grasp new concepts and procedures quickly.
- Trustworthy, demonstrating integrity and honesty in all aspects of work.
- And most importantly, GOOD ENERGY A positive attitude is a must.
