Before an interview, the candidates are given a thorough induction on responsibilities, family expectations and routine and are guided through the process. Successful candidates continue to be supported but the Agency for the duration of their employment.

Experienced mannies who work in private homes can expect to earn a gross salary of £25K to £60K per annum.
