When we interview our nannies we really try to understand what they are also looking for and every nanny is thoroughly vetted.  We like to send every family a bio about the nanny so you will feel like you know her before you have even met her.  We encourage you to trial the nannies we send to you so you can see them in action and decide if she is the right fit for you.  This process is just as complex as choosing your partner!
