Offering a very friendly and bespoke service to both families and nannies alike, One World Nannies is the agency to come to if you are looking for ‘the ” personal” touch and honest advice.

With FREE registration for all candidates, the only fee a family will pay us is when we find the right child carer for your children! (Please note the Agency is a non-VAT entity below the VAT registration level.).

For the past 15 years, many of our nannies have come from New Zealand, either recruited through our connections with nanny colleges, such as Ashton Warner Nanny Academy in Auckland, Nanny Academy NZ, or through referrals from family and friends. Over time, however, our reputation has grown, and we now also regularly work with candidates from Australia through a relationship we have forged with an Australian-based Nanny and Au Pair agency, along with child carers from other countries who have the right to work in the UK.

We are renowned for providing candidates who register with us both career advice as well as help and support throughout their placements and are still in touch with many nannies who have passed through our agency over the years, some of whom have become parents themselves!

In addition, we have families on our books who have returned to us for childcare help as their needs have changed, and we find it so rewarding to hear from them again as their children grow up.

High standards of customer service and recruitment matter to us, and we are proud to be a member of the Association of Nanny Agencies, the only not-for-profit trade association for nanny agencies.
