Apart from The Private Staff Agencies’ database of potential recruits across all fields of work we collaborate with a number of exclusive agencies nationwide who cover all aspects of estate and country house living.

Following our rigorous interview process, reference checks, vetting, and security screening, the details of a number of these candidates will be forwarded for client consideration.

Upon employment, the client will be sent a copy of the agency's terms and conditions relating to the position. This will include fee levels dependent on the type of contract and details of refund/replacement guarantees to protect both you, the client, and the candidate.

Client anonymity and complete discretion is assured throughout the fully bespoke recruitment process.

The Private Staff Agency, based in Argyll, serves Scotland, Cumbria, and Northumbria.
