Kristy has a special place in her heart for the nanny profession, as she was a nanny herself for many years. She understands the unique bond between the nanny and family that makes a meaningful relationship successful.

Born and raised in Florida, she moved to Tennessee in 1997 and was placed as a nanny through an agency that she later bought and ran for several years. She then enjoyed a successful career in Human Resources, where she continued helping people use their talents in their job. After marrying and starting her own family, she was reminded of the need for the services she used to provide and Sweet Peas was born. Today she combines her experience as a nanny, mother, and corporate professional to be the best advocate for successful nanny family partnerships.
