YWCA in Gettysburg is Now Hiring for Childcare Providers for multiple age groups. The YWCA Gettysburg is looking for full time, 40 hours per week, Childcare teachers and Assistant Teachers. These positions range in pay from $11.00 to $16.00/hour. A degree in early education is preferred but not required. Staff who are detail oriented and like to work with children will do well in this position. Positions do require 2+ years prior childcare experience along with the ability to pass Pennsylvania mandated background checks and first aid certification. The Group Supervisor provides developmentally appropriate activities utilizing the Creative Curriculum, PATHS Curriculum, Ages and Stages developmental screenings and assessment tools.
