Established in 2004, Hattie’s Nannies is a family business based between Guildford and Godalming, specialising in the in the placement of Nannies, Nanny-housekeepers, Nanny-PA’s, Maternity Nannies, Night Nannies, Wedding and Event Nannies.

Meet Elaine

Managing Director Elaine has over 19 years of experience in recruitment specifically in the childcare sector, and has extensive experience in recruiting the “right person for the right job”. This is underpinned by her wider commercial background and experience in all aspects of business and recruitment management. In addition to this, from her own personal experience of raising a family, she totally understands the importance of having the right childcare in place, tailored to the individual needs of your family.
