​At Cheshire Nannies, we take the time to get to know you, so that we fully understand your childcare needs. 

This enables us to find the best nanny to fit into your family. 

​We only register the best candidates with recognised childcare qualifications, and/or an excellent career history in the childcare industry.

Before they apply for any role, I personally interview each candidate and ensure they have the necessary credentials which include:

•  a DBS on the update service,

• a paediatric first aid certificate within the last 3 years,

•  I check the candidates employment references from their last 3 positions.

• I check the candidates ID including their passport and I see 2 utility bills to verify their address.

Before a Nanny commences a position, their driving licence will be checked, and I ensure business use is included on their car insurance.
