The Nanny Agent is based in Bracknell, Berkshire and covers most local areas including Buckinghamshire and Surrey, helping to provide nannies, housekeepers and babysitters to local families. Chelsea started the agency, having worked in childcare for over 12 years, managing nurseries and eventually becoming a nanny herself. Chelsea has a vast amount of experience working with many families, recruiting in nursery settings as well as having recognized childcare qualifications.

She understands that choosing a nanny or housekeeper for your family can be very personal and focus’ specifically on home childcare, providing families with all the information needed to get started. Chelsea has an in depth meeting with her clients to understand what requirements they are looking for and to offer any guidance for queries that they may have. Working outside of typical office hours, she is available day and evening via phone or email.

Each applicant is interviewed over video call, and the relevant checks are completed, which  include an Enhanced DBS check, driving licence check and detailed references.
