Nannies are well qualified in childcare as opposed to au-pairs, having attended a 1-3 year college or university training. Next to their theoretical knowledge about child development and psychology, they also gather hands-on experience via practical courses and placements and learn how to look after children professionally from day one.

Felicity Nannies also offers the placement of highly experienced maternity nurses with families who just had a newborn to ease the first few weeks and months at home. Please 'book' these specialists early.

For families with older school-aged children, we are happy to offer the services of well-trained governesses. These particular child carers have a clear focus on the academic tutoring of the children without paying less attention to the emotional and physical requirements of their charges. Implementing and following through manners are also integral to their set of duties.

Felicity Nannies charges a small processing fee to isolate suitable domestic staff for your tailored needs, which is then deducted of the on off placement fee at successful placement of the childcare specialist.

The placement fee is calculated in relation to the annual net salary of the respective staff employed.
