Description: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is currently accepting applications for Substitute Houseparents (also known as Emergency Relief Houseparents) to work on an as needed basis – before start of school, after school through evenings and/or weekends.  Substitute Houseparents assist in homes where additional adult coverage is needed.  They collaborate with other staff on duty to ensure student safety and well-being, and that student homes are managed as per school policies and procedures. Emergency Relief Houseparents (also known as Substitute Houseparents) are responsible for assisting Houseparents in their student homes.  Those experienced in Houseparenting may be eligible to cover student homes independently.
