South Central Community Action Program (SCCAP) is seeking *Teacher Aide/Assistant* for our *Head Start *program in Monroe County. SCCAP is a non-profit social service agency that works to provide opportunities for low-income individuals and families to achieve personal and economic independence. As a *Teacher Aide/Assistant* for Head Start, you will assist the Lead Teacher in implementing a developmentally appropriate lessons for a group of three- to five-year-old children and providing quality early childhood experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring the health, welfare, and safety of the children in the program by helping create an environment which fosters the social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and creative development of each child in your care.
