An exciting opportunity has arisen to to join our established Preschool as our Deputy Manager. The successful applicant will have excellent knowledge and experience of working with children aged 2-4 year olds. They will be able to support and challenge the practitioners when deputising for the Preschool Manager. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering the highest level of care and quality of teaching to children and have a good understanding of the EYFS and children's development. They will be able to lead and guide a team of practitioners ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to at all times, safeguarding children and their wellbeing and ensuring the smooth running of the setting alongside the manager.
