From Family Concierge: A busy family of four in Reading, PA is looking for the perfect fit for their family! Mom is due with baby number two, so they're looking for someone to start part-time beginning this summer and transition into a full-time role when she goes back to work in January 2024. The baby and his 2yo sibling are in need of a caregiver with professionalism and maturity in order to navigate the dynamics of this working family. Beginning in January, the position will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, usually 45+ hrs/wk with 40 hrs guaranteed; Until then, days/hours are flexible. The position offers optional travel for family vacations internationally and domestically as well as PTO and a number of paid holidays. Other benefits are negotiable for the right fit.
