Private family is after personal assistant with great interpersonal skills, well-presented, professional and to have experience working with High Profile families.  Duties will be to schedule appointments, and maintain and update supervisor’s daily calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports, screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly, etc. Working days are 6 days a week, 8-10 hours a day. Traveling with a family will be expected. Accommodation will be provided, a placed the compound. Please state your expected salary. Start: ASAP
