Job Description

Our client looks after properties in central London for multiple High Net Worth principals and families and is now looking for a House Manager to assist him in the daily management of these high-end properties. A car is not essential for this role as all properties are in central London.

Package Offered

  • Up to £30,000 gross per year (depending on experience)
  • Fully Employed
  • 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

Background

Our client looks after properties in central London for multiple High Net Worth clients and is now looking for a House Manager to assist him in the management of these high-end properties. Our client is looking for an experienced and trustworthy person, who he can trust to manage these properties independently and work on their own initiative. The candidate must be extremely organised, reliable and well-presented. Each property you will be looking after is different, so you must be happy to work in a varied environment and be happy to provide a bespoke service to each principal or family.

Duties

Our client manages properties for both single principals as well as families, so you should be experienced and comfortable in working in varied environments. Your duties will include being a trusted Key holder for properties to cover all types of problems, from alarms to burst pipes and any emergencies, opening property for access and safekeeping. Managing the housekeeping staff and ensuring attention to detail, discretion and respect of the property always, ensuring that all domestic housework is carried out to the highest quality. Keeping fridge stocked and light bulb replacement, dry cleaning and watering of plants, dealing with third parties for issues relating to the property. Arranging bespoke events and experiences on request of the client. Taking care of all the administration of the property, arranging, filing, scanning and forwarding documents/post. Ensuring the property is ready for occupancy.

Overall you will be responsible for ensuring total peace of mind to the clients that their properties are being looked after.

Location/Accommodation

All of the properties you will be managing are based in central London – so you should be local and in easy commuting distance.

Days/Hours

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (these hours may differ so you should be happy to be flexible when required)

Languages

You must speak a good level of English. 

Special Skills

  • You should have experience with property management
