A lovely family are looking for a warm and positive nanny to look after their 2 and 6 year old boys. They are both lovely and independent boys, they are active, the eldest is quite chatty and the youngest is a little bit shy.
The ideal nanny will be someone who is happy to help, flexible and outdoorsy. They would also like someone who can take initiative and who is a bit firm and is able to set clear boundaries. A nanny who has a strong sense of family values is important to them.
On a Monday your typical day will start at 8am, give the boys breakfast and get them dressed, take the youngest to an activity, come home and give him lunch, keep him entertained (read books, do some arts and crafts or games), prepare the family meal, do some light housekeeping (laundry, tidying up and cooking), pick up the 6 year old and take him home, help with his homework, and then finish cooking the meal. Your typical day on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will start at 2pm, prepare the families meal, do some light housekeeping, pick up the boys from nursery and school, take them to any activities they have after school (the eldest has football club so he's ready to leave at 5pm), take them home and help with any homework and then finish cooking dinner ready for when the parents get home. During the school holidays the role will be full time 8am-6pm and will involve similar duties.
They require a nanny who is native Italian. They also require a nanny who is flexible and who is happy to do babysitting when required. They occasionally go away for a long weekend in Kent and would like a nanny who would be happy to help them on the Friday and Monday.
The typical hours during term time are Monday 8am-6pm, Tues,Wed,Thurs,Fri 2pm-6pm and during the holidays it will be 8am-6pm.
