Brilliant role for a fun and friendly Nanny to join a family skiing group of 16 at their Beautiful fully catered  Chalet in the French Alps!

The role is sole charge of the 3 school aged  children ( possibly up to  5- there is also a 19 year old girl who doesn’t require care) , organizing them in the mornings, getting them off to ski school with a packed lunch  at 9.30 and then collecting them at lunch time around 12.30. Afternoons will be flexible- the children might do activities with their parents in the afternoons or you will bring them back to the chalet take them to activities/ sledging etc and supervising them until supper time!

There will be one afternoon required of proxy parenting when the adults are ski touring and will be back late.

You don’t need to ski for the role ( Although it would be a bonus if you did and a ski pass can be provided for you to use in the mornings if you are not needed.) We are looking for someone easy going with a bright and fun personality, confident , warm and friendly who loves being outdoors.

Accommodation: Own bedroom and  bathroom in the chalet

General duties:

• Getting the children up in the morning , organised and ready
• Ski School drop off and pick up
• All childcare duties
• Planning activities and arranging fun things to do
• Preparing Packed Lunch ( Sandwiches)

Candidate requirements:

• Experience with school aged children
• Have a pro-active attitude
• happy , bubbly and positive personality
• Firm but fun and a good role model for the children
• Ability to ski is a bonus

DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
