Nanny/PA to help in live in capacity

A family based in Oxford is looking for an educated and professional nanny to look after their school-aged child. Live out or live in position is considered. It is ideal that the nanny speaks French. The position will be mainly based in Oxford however the family tends to stay in London during school holidays and some weekends. The ideal candidate will be focused on the education of their child and assist with homework. While their child is at school the nanny will help with some PA duties and help around the house. It is important for them to find someone with a muck-in attitude. A driver is required and the family travels usually for 3 months or so in Europe.

A valid first aid qualification is essential for this role.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 7:30 pm OR Wednesday to Sunday 7.30 am to 7.30 pm. A total of 60 hours per week (with some flexibility)

Accommodation: Ensuite bedroom on top floor with walking wardrobe

Duties include:

• organising the child’s daily schedule
• setting up nap routine
• washing and dressing the child
• playing with the children
• taking track of the child’s development and updating the parents
• making sure the child is always safe and happy
• maintaining a clean environment for the child
• doing laundry and ironing the child’s clothes
• monitor and respond to emails, answer calls, book tables at restaurants
• organise and manage events and parties
• running errands
• assist with travel as well as any other special arrangements

A qualified Full-time Nanny or PA must be willing and ready to join this Oxford family in January 2024.
