A Travelling International Nanny, €60,000 to €80,000 gross per year is needed by this lovely family in Milan, Italy to look after their two toddlers. The family is looking for someone energetic, proactive, focused on developmental stages and easygoing. A driver would be a bonus but is not essential for this role. The family is looking for someone who is comfortable travelling since they would be spending their vacation out of the country. The family has a cook, but the expectation would be that the nanny is willing and able to help with preparing meals for the children. They also have a housekeeper so the nanny should be comfortable working alongside them. Big preference for Italian speakers however English-speaking candidates would also be considered.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 8:30/8:45 pm with breaks during the day, occasional proxy parenting on weekends (either time off in lieu or additional pay), 60 hours per week.
Accommodation: Own bedroom; use of second family bathroom in the house
Duties include:
- changing nappies and helping with potty/toilet training
- teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners
- creating activities and playdates
- preparing and administering healthy food for the little child
- preparing and assisting with bathtime and bedtime
- cleaning and washing up after the child’s meals
- reporting every activity and issue to the parents
- organising the child’s clothes
- doing laundry and ironing the child’s clothes
- making sure the child’s room is always clean
- doing occasional grocery shopping for the child’s supplies
A Travelling International Nanny, €60,000 to €80,000 gross per year must have a valid first aid qualification. They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
