Full-time Live-in English/German-speaking Butler / Personal Assistant in Munich, Germany

We are looking for a butler for the CEO of a renowned corporation in Munich, Germany.

The Butler will be responsible for all corporate and private matters, for guest care/service for the fine dining area of ​​the company headquarters in Munich Bogenhausen and ideally also takes on the role of personal assistant/private secretary for the CEO.

Key duties:

• Looking after VIP guests
• Helping with administration for the principal’s business.
• Making bookings, appointments and reservations for the principal
• Utility payments, invoices and basic bookkeeping
• Attending online and in-person meetings and taking notes.
• Travel arrangements and holiday planning.
• Events management.
• Booking and liaising with contractors and household staff.
• Complex calendar and diary management.
• Attending events, coordinate business functions
• Collecting and dropping off parcels and letters
• Packing and unpacking suitcases
• Shopping, managing corporate/household supplies

Property management/support of the entrepreneur’s daily tasks in two properties (Munich Bogenhausen and at Lake Constance).

This is a full-time position. Flexibility is essential in this position, as schedules often change quickly. In return, our client is very friendly and generous. Accommodation will be provided by the client in Munich and at the residence near Lake Constance as well.
