Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to tutor our children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, special education,and possess the ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. This role is essential in fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages academic growth and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles and needs of each student.
• Provide educational support in various subjects, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
• Utilize effective techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to support student development.
• Create engaging activities that stimulate interest in learning for preschool and school-aged children.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.

Requirements

• A degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Familiarity with special education strategies and techniques is a plus.
• Strong lesson planning skills with the ability to adapt materials for diverse learners.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience creating a nurturing environment for students.
• A genuine passion for educating others and fostering a love for learning.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week
