Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lesson planning and curriculum development, with experience in adult education, preschool, and classroom settings. As a Tutor, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their academic goals by providing personalized instruction and support tailored to their individual learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of students.
• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to enhance understanding of subject matter.
• Utilize learning technology and educational resources to facilitate engaging and interactive lessons.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student confidence and motivation.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to support student development.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with students in various educational settings, including preschool and adult education.
• Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Familiarity with learning technology tools that enhance the tutoring experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents.
• A passion for educating and empowering students to reach their full potential.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each learner.
• Experience working with children is highly desirable.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
