Middle School/High School Tutor

Nourishing Minds Tutoring is seeking New York State (or equivalent) qualified Middle School/High School teachers to join our team of exceptional tutors.

Nourishing Minds Tutoring offers in-home and virtual tutoring services in the Capital Region of Upstate New York. We currently have positions available in Niskayuna, Latham, Colonie, Schenectady, and Albany, NY for tutors.

Nourishing Minds Tutoring provides personalized, private instruction to individuals or small groups of students to improve academic performance, increase confidence, expand skills as a learner, and prepare for tests. We are looking to fill positions for tutors for the upcoming school year.

What we are looking for:

- Common Core experience (other curriculum experience would be an asset)

- Honors or AP experience is an asset

- Regents experience

- Special Education experience is an asset

- Motivated and passionate individuals

- Willing to travel to clients' homes

- Someone who is dependable, organized, and punctual

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
