After School Teacher/Tutor

Job Description: A Private tutor center is looking for dedicated and qualified individuals to join our academy as after-school teacher. You will primarily assist students with their homework and provide motivation for learning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment. If you have experience in teaching, classroom management, and tutoring, we encourage you to apply.

Work Schedule:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (weekdays)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide individualized instruction to each student
- Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures
- Communicate with parents on student progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to ensure a well-rounded educational experience
