Job Type: Part-time

Information:

• Math Tutoring: Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1&2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus. 9th grade.
• Learning disability: None
• Availability: 5 hrs In-Person
• M-Su: 4-6 PM (2-3 hrs per week)
• Location: Flower Mound, TX 75022

Job Duties:

• Assist students in targeted subject areas via individual or group tutoring
• Host workshops on selected topics
• Model and encourage collaborative study strategies
• Create and manage resources
• Contribute to a friendly and productive learning environment
• Commute to students' place of residence or meet at a public location to conduct tutoring sessions
• Meet regularly with the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Must be able to do BOTH remote and in-person tutoring
• Has a personal vehicle

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• After school

• We are strictly looking for tutors who can perform both in-person and online/remote tutoring. Can you confirm if you can do both? (Yes/No)
• What’s your availability for work? (E.g. M-F 4-8 pm)
• We strictly require our tutors to have their vehicles to travel to our student’s houses. Can you confirm if you have that? (Yes/No)
• How soon can you start? (E.g. ASAP)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• tutoring or teaching: 1 year (Required)
