Part-Time English Tutor (Afterschool Hours)

Radiance Learning specializes in academic tutoring for students in grades K through 6. We offer personalized support to help students excel in reading, language development, and writing.

Position: Part-Time English Tutor

Hours: M-F 5-7 PM, Sat 10 AM-1 PM

Responsibilities:

- Tutor students in reading, language, and writing.

- Assist with book reports and literacy activities.

- Grade assignments and provide detailed feedback.

- Support homework and test prep in English.

- Maintain a nurturing, organized learning environment.

- Communicate student progress to parents and staff.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (Math/Science degrees with strong language skills welcome).

- Experience tutoring young students in English.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Must be 18+ and pass a background check.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 11 per week

• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
