Currently hiring ACT/ SAT English and Reading private tutors to meet with students in-person at the Embrace Princeton Facility to keep up with growing demand. Experience working with younger students and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Extensive experience with SAT (digital), ACT, ISEE, and SSAT are strongly preferred.

Embrace Tutoring and Educational Services (www.embracetutoring.com) is hiring elite private tutors in all academic subjects (Elementary/ GRE/ GMAT/ MCAT/ LSAT/ ACT/ SAT/ ISEE/ SSAT/ Subject Tests/ AP Exams/ College Essay Planning/ Honors/ Mathematics/ Writing/ Biology/ Chemistry).

WHO WE ARE

Embrace specializes in one-to-one and small group prep academic tutoring for the ISEE/SSAT, ACT/SAT, MCAT/ GRE/ LSAT/ GMAT and other individualized tutoring for core academic subjects primarily for elementary and college students.

RESPONSIBILITIES - HOW IT WORKS

• SEARCHABILITY - For tutors, Embrace acts as a network marketplace giving educators the opportunity to market their skills and expertise to parents and students searching nationwide. Many families will request to work with expert Tutors specifically from the Embrace website.
• ACADEMIC SUPPORT ~ For families, Embrace acts as academic advisors to helps students navigate the process and develop a plan. These academic advisors will work with the tutors to monitor and assist student progress. Students will take ongoing practice tests and assessments to monitor their progress throughout the program.
• FLEXIBILITY ~ Embrace Tutors are able to develop an accommodating schedule with students and families. Tutors are also able to log their hours in an Embrace portal to track hours efficiently.
• WE TAKE CARE OF THE BUSINESS LOGISTICS ~ We'll take care of the business logistics (marketing, academic advising, accounting, etc.), and we encourage the tutors to focus on the students' understanding and performance.
• MARKETABILITY - Tutors will be given the opportunity to lead webinars to improve the marketability of their Tutor Profile.

WORK EXPERIENCE + SKILLS

• All Embrace Tutors and Mentors have experience tutoring and teaching in an academic setting (generally 2 years is preferred)
• A four year college degree in your specialized area of study is preferred
• Experience working with students and families in an academic setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong writing skills
• Strong problem solving skills is preferred
