Full-time Live-out Afterschool Governor or Governess needed to tutor Maths to 4 boys in MBR City District 1, Dubai, UAE

Great after-school, Sunday to Thursday role for an experienced, proactive governor, governess, or maths tutor based in Dubai. The role will require working from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday to Thursday, with 4 brothers who are in grade 2, 6, 10, and 11,  supported by other household staff, including the cook, drivers, housekeepers, etc. The main focus would be on tutoring maths, ensuring the children attend after their school activities and arranging the schedule, communicating with the school/teachers with regards to homework and progress, and keeping the parents updated on a weekly basis.

The successful candidate will have fluent written and spoken English and knowledge of the IB curriculum. Teaching qualifications as a secondary school teacher are essential for this role. 

The family occasionally travels throughout the year, and the governor/governess can accompany the children if he/she wishes. 

The candidate must be experienced, friendly, active and well-presented. 

The salary on offer is between 30-35K AED per month, with one month of paid holiday. The initial contract will be for one year.

This is a live-out position with a family based in MBR City District 1.
