Overseas Live in Nanny

Job Summary:
Im very excited to be working with a loving family of 3 who live in Dubai and are now looking for a professional Live in Nanny to look after their 10 month old son. The family will be based in Switzerland from July until October where they will then return to Dubai, this is where the candidate will join the family – 15th July. This exciting position involves travelling to various locations including Switzerland, Italy and other countries. The nanny will assume all child related tasks. Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in Italian would be a huge bonus. The nanny will be working 6 days per week with plenty breaks during the day. The household is fully staffed and so it is important that the nanny is used to similar family settings and possess excellent teamwork skills. While it is not mandatory, the family will highly value someone with formal childcare qualifications. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative and goes the extra mile. This role is perfect for someone with years of experience as a professional nanny looking for a long-term work commitment within a family setting.

Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom

General duties:

• Creating and engaging and fun day for the child
• Taking care of the daily routing of the child
• Prepare and cooking meals for the child – healthy and nutritious
• Shopping for food, supplies and other requested items for the child
• Providing the child with stimulating and engaging activities to support overall development
• Bathing and dressing the child
• Child’s laundry and ironing, tidying the child’s room
• Cleaning the and tidying baby’s living spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms & playrooms)

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in a similar role with a similar aged child
• Someone who is knowledgeable in teaching, holding relevant childcare and educational qualifications
• Happy to travel with the family
• Valid EU Passport for travel
• Fluent in English is essential – Italian speaking would be a bonus

DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
