This Australian family are looking for an organised, experienced, flexible and caring Rota Nanny to help care for their twins (born 21/04/23) - 24 hours on a 7 days on/off rota. The Rota Nanny will take over from the 2nd rota Maternity Nurses who have been supporting the family with the care of the twins since birth.

The Rota Nanny needs to have a relaxed yet professional approach and be able to support the parents in the care of their babies following the already established sleep and feeding routine. The role is mainly shared care, but the Nanny should also be someone who the parents can trust and rely on to take sole charge. Candidates who have experience of working in a rota position with similar aged children (including weaning, potty training etc) is essential. Experience of working with multiples would be advantageous.

This is a fully staffed household so the main focus is on caring for the children. It is important that the Rota Nanny has excellent communication skills and is able to work as part of a team to support the family and their babies.

The Rota Nanny needs to be happy and very flexible to travel as this is extensive

to destinations including Italy, the Channel Islands and Australia. The Rota Nanny on duty will be required to travel with the family who are happy to pay for flights to and from locations as necessary to accommodate the rota.

When working, accommodation for the Rota Nanny on duty is a lovely bedroom and own bathroom within the family home.

There are also 2 dogs.

A driver is not required.
