KM808 Full-time – Governess (live out)

Full-time English speaking Governess required for G7 & G9 located in St.Petersburg, Russia. Salary £1000 – £1300 per week, Start ASAP

A family residing in St.Petersburg is seeking an experienced, energetic and enthusiastic Governess to promote the language development of their 2 daughters, aged 7 and 9.

The girls have a beginner level of English and attend a Russian-speaking school. The Governess will be required to assist in their development by providing educational games, play, activities, classes as well as meeting their daily needs and routines. In addition you will assist in improving their English and help with  homework & school projects. You will encourage development, share mealtimes, promote good behavior, teach etiquette, assist with daily care and be a positive role model.

During the day when the girls are at school, you will maintain order of the girls’ rooms/belongings. Light cooking may be required occasionally.

Both girls attend after-school clubs, during their attendance you may have some free time. The candidate has to be confident in sole charge as proxy parenting may be required when the parents are away.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Governess with childcare/education qualifications with an outgoing personality. The family is sporty and athletic and seeks a candidate with shared values.

The working schedule will be 5 days on / 2 days off (the exact days off will depend on the family plans), working from 8 am – 8 pm.

This is a live-out position with an apartment provided.

International travel is involved and summer will be spent in Italy. The candidate will travel with the family during the Summer for about 2.5 months to Tuscany, Italy.

The salary on offer is from £1000 – £1300 per week and will reflect the skills, experience and qualifications of the candidate.
