Holland Park – Daily Governess

Monday to Friday 2.30pm through to 7.30pm and 10 hours on a Saturday.

A new client of ours is looking for an experienced and educated Governess for their active and fun loving little boy who is 6 years old.

He attends full time school hence the after school hours. However during the holidays the family would like someone who is flexible and happy to work additional hours and also travel with them.

You will be required to collect him from school with the driver, take him to any afterschool activities he has booked in, assist him with homework, liaise with his teachers, support his education and extra curricular classes that he has along with arranging playdates, and outings. On a Saturday he has French classes, likes to play football and the family would like someone that can introduce him to different hobbies, take him to museums and cultural events that are age appropriate.

The family are looking for someone who will really engage with him. He loves company and to chit chat away. Along with being his governess you will be a buddy and excellent role model to him.

It is essential that you hold a teaching qualification and confident to support the primary education leading up to his 11+

This is a staffed formal household so it is key you can work within a team environment, and have strong communication skills.

ASAP start. Salary DOE and qualifications. £50,000 to 70,000 gross per year
