Job Description
The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 8 years childcare experience, be highly organised and confident with a real interest in childcare. Also someone fun is a must, you will need to be affectionate, kind, loving, proactive, energetic and stimulating to support the little ones’ holistic needs. Teaching him life skills, manners and etiquette is very important to the family, as well as being inspiring and interesting with a creative mind to keep him active and focused, with a range of diverse activities.
You will ideally have a childcare qualification with some sort of academic experience/understanding to have the ability to assist with homework and/or recognise additional academic support requirements in the future to reach his full potential and academic goals.
Your responsibility will be all aspects of childcare. You will need to take the initiative to help create a smooth running household, for example with activity preparations and/or other errands. Fantastic time management skills are required as well as being flexible.
This is a live out role with around 50/60 hours per week, starting mainly in after school and working full days during the weekend. Day off to be taken off during the week.
Negotiable salary.
