Daily Nanny

Job Summary:   Fist time parents are looking for a confident nanny who will guide them on all the different stages and what to expect in the early years. Both parent work, dad in an office and mum will be a mix of home and office. There will be a need on occasion for proxy parenting and the family would love some flexibility for you to travel on some holidays. As this is the families first child, they are new to parenting and will look to you for your experience and guidance. Due to the location, you will need to be a driver and the family also have a small dog (Cairn Terrier).

General duties:

• Sole charge care
• All normal nursery duties and housekeeping for the baby
• Preparing bottles and when ready preparing healthy meals and batch cooking
• Planning activities to help with gross and minor motor skills and aid with development.
• Taking the baby out for walks each day – as she gets older looking into age-appropriate classes and play dates.
• Taking the dog on a walk when taking the baby out for walks

Candidate requirements:

• Experience with babies is essential and confident with all the early years developmental stages including weaning and potty training.
• A driver is a must due to the location.
• Fluent in English skills
• Qualifications would be a plus but not essential if you have many years of experience.
• A happy relaxed nanny who has good communication skills who will be good on discipline and is very organised.
• Ability to travel and proxy parent on occasion.

Salary: £18 gross per hour upwards depending on experience £37440 gross per annum plus depending on your experience)
