Rota Nanny

Rota Nanny position in the lovely area of Dulwich! 7 days on 7 days off!! Parking can be priced but driver not required!

A family located in Dulwich are looking for Rota nanny to care for their two children. The family are looking for the nanny to work 7 days on/off but sometimes might require flexibility to work 2 weeks on/off if traveling once to twice a year.

Both children will be attending school (the youngest only four days a week). The suitable candidate would be able to take on all sole charge duties daily for two children, be able to provide the children with structure and hold good communication skills. The family also have a medium sized dog, so the suitable candidate must be happy to work in a home with pets. The family do have a dog walker so no duties are required unless you would like to walk the dog.

The weekends are often more relaxed so the family would be looking for someone who is flexible as the parents might also want to do different things with the children.

General duties:

• Getting the children dressed and ready in the morning and making sure they have breakfast
• School runs – walking distance driver not required
• Taking the children to playdates, activities and to the park
• Eventually helping with homework – reading, phonics etc
• Bed and bath routine
• All housekeeping duties in relation to the children
• Wardrobe management for the children
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children (vegetarian household)
• Cleaning the kitchen after cooking
• Able to travel with the family 1 or 2 times a year

Accommodation: Bedroom with own bathroom

Candidate requirements:

• Must be a fluent English speaker with good communication skills – bonus if you also speak another language
• Happy to work in a home with pets
• Experience working with similar ages and bonus if you hold any childcare qualifications
• The suitable candidate would be able to provide structure for the children, loves working with children, is flexible and easy going
