40 hours per week - 5days
Essential Requirements: Previous private house housekeeping and laundry experience, flexibility and attention to detail, well presented, team player, dog friendly.

A flexible housekeeper is required for a large formal property in Kensington, this is a part time residence. We are looking for a candidate with previous private house experience who has excellent attention to detail, who is proactive, a team player and flexible. Additional skills in hair, beauty or massage would be an added plus.

• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers, bathtubs, countertops, sinks
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area
• Making beds and changing linens
• Washing windows
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets, rugs
• Sweeping, vacuuming and polishing hard floors (marble and wood)
• Sorting, washing, unloading laundry
• Iron clothing
• Controlling housekeeping supplies and inventory
• Steaming 
• Washing blinds
• Tidying up rooms
• Immediately report any repairs or replacements
• Has experience with antiques and valuables 
• Proactive with a strong attention to detail
• Polite and good manners
• Occasionally serve light snacks and beverages.

Salary in the region of £35-40,000 Gross per annum however negotiable based on experience. Simple uniform will be required. 2 days off per week. Average 40 hours per week. Occasional weekend working will be required (HU3724)
